LS Glass & Aluminum Services specializes in high-quality glass and aluminum installations for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

Aluminum framing and partitions

Repairs, replacements, and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
Payment Terms
A downpayment of 50% is required before starting any project.
The remaining balance must be settled upon completion.
We accept payments via Cash, Cheque, Remittance Centers (Palawan, Cebuana, MLhuillier), and GCash.
Failure to complete payment may result in project delays, additional charges or legal action.
Warranty & Liability

​​We provide a 1 month warranty on workmanship defects.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or third -party modification.

LS Glass & Aluminum Services is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or installation of our products.

Clients are responsible for maintaining installed products according to our recommended guidelines.
Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel their orders before the project begins. However, the downpayment is non-refundable once materials have been purchased or prepared for the project.

Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own negligence.

Any request for modifications after project commencement may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, and materials on this website and in our project proposals are the exclusive property of LS Glass & Aluminum Services. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & conditions at any time. Any charges will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept any modifications made.​
